The Birria Grilled Cheese Sandwich had this layer of cheese encasing the entire thing that was so tough and brown that it looked like leather, I get what they were going for but there was no flavor to it sadly. The bread they used seemed too sweet and overbearing for the sandwich and the meat had little flavor. To be fair, the Birria Grilled Cheese Sandwich does look exactly like the pics on DoorDash (so not falsely advertised) so I won't be adding pictures of mine because I tore it apart trying to get to just the meat so I coulda actually eat something. The sirloin was juicy and well seasoned but not overly so and was a nice cut of meat, not covered with gristle or tendons. The loaded mashed potatoes were great and they weren't skimpy on the toppings either. The broccoli was also awesome dunked into the juice from the steak "
