"Remove the gravy from the image for the chicken strip basket. If it doesn't come standard and you won't allow us to ask for it, remove it. Ordered this multiple times thinking maybe this will be the time they include the gravy, but it's never there. If you want gravy, you have to physically go there and order it. "Sadly this meal just wasn't for me:( I got the Birria Grilled Cheese Sandwich with a side of truffle fries. Just felt like the flavors clashed (on me completely). The Birria Grilled Cheese Sandwich had this layer of cheese encasing the entire thing that was so tough and brown that it looked like leather, I get what they were going for but there was no flavor to it sadly. The bread they used seemed too sweet and overbearing for the sandwich and the meat had little flavor. To be fair, the Birria Grilled Cheese Sandwich does look exactly like the pics on DoorDash (so not falsely advertised) so I won't be adding pictures of mine because I tore it apart trying to get to just the meat so I coulda actually eat something. The consomé was also a little sweet which I'm assuming was coming from the onion used in it, but again, was just not the right flavor. Circling back, if you order the Birria Grilled Cheese Sandwich please do not get a side of truffle fries, not the best combo lol.
