"Remove the gravy from the image for the chicken strip basket. If it doesn't come standard and you won't allow us to ask for it, remove it. Ordered this multiple times thinking maybe this will be the time they include the gravy, but it's never there. If you want gravy, you have to physically go there and order it. When it arrived, it looked absolutely nothing like the beautiful two-toned treat it was advertised as. I almost didn't order it because of how expensive ($9.99 regardless of size).

"We tried Coffee Republic a while ago, it was so delicious and nearby our work place! Should be a quick easy delivery, but they take just as long as a places across town to prepare orders.
Since my first order, it has declined in quality each consecutive order. It doesn't seem to matter what flavors you ask for in the coffees or how much you pay extra for them, they are always the same. Save yourself the money and don't add flavor, the Mocha is still good!
I also used to love the Sunny Side up (Sammy). But recently it is just egg and cheese on bread. It's consistently missing the yummy peppery housemade aioli that really makes it so good and worth the price. This time, I got a whole sandwich instead of just a half, however, so that made up for the disappointment a little. Also, the egg was a very unappetizing color, but still tasted fine.
Overall, the quality has declined enough that I am often disappointed in what I receive for the price. I will not be ordering from here as often as I used to. "
