The House Special Soup was about 85% liquid and had a wonderful flavor but sadly lacking in other content and definitely not worth the cost. The House Mein Fun, again, good flavor with plenty of very greasy (?) noodles and even though I ordered the large portion plus beef, chicken and shrimp there was very little vegetables or meat and the shrimp was hard to find. Not at all as advertised.
Due to my budget restraints, whether I would choose to dine with Shanghai Chinese Restaurant via delivery ever again is a resounding NO. Definitely not worth it to me."

I literally had to eat only the toppings and ended up throwing the crust away. My chicken was hard with crunchy bits that I had to spit out. My spinach was crunchy because it was on top of my cheese instead of UNDERNEATH. A total waste. I stopped ordering from Papa John's a good while ago for this very same reason.
