My family and I used to eat at IHOP all he time and for decades, we ordered the build your own omelette wth cheese and salsa. Then that salsa went away and we stopped going. If anyone else out there misses that breakfast, Target has a Good and Gather medium chunky salsa that is spot on. I ordered it with carnitas but I'm so glad that steak (or carne asada I think it was) was in there. My carnitas was in there too. It's like they gave me double meat. The carne asada with the greens and cabbage and avocado was my favorite part. The carnitas was really good too but that carne asada made the perfect bite."
