"I had a very disappointing experience at JoJo’s ShakeBAR. I ordered a burrito that looked like it was thrown together with no care or attention to quality. The bacon bits inside were undercooked, which made the meal unappetizing and concerning from a food safety standpoint.
The overall flavor was terrible, and the ingredients didn’t taste fresh or balanced. After a few bites, I couldn’t eat any more and ended up throwing the whole thing away. For the price, I expected a much better meal and basic quality control in the kitchen.
Unfortunately, this was one of the worst restaurant meals I’ve had in a long time. I hope they improve their food preparation and pay closer attention to what they’re serving customers."

My Dasher had to wait at the location for close to 20 minutes waiting on my order to be 'prepared' aka placed in a bag.
