The Smoked Jerk Pork 1/2 LB was drier than shoe leather, cannot believe someone saw that and thought serving that was a good decision. The rice and peas were dry and the cabbage would have been the highlight if it wasn't a little salty. Even the chicken in the salad was dry. The only good food I received was the Beef Patty and Ribs with the honey sauce I ordered on the side. Plantains were also tasty as well.
