"As always Brown Bag seafood did not disappoint! (Well for the most part). The B1G1 made it that much better. I had the grilled chicken with greens and grains. The chicken had a good flavor and was not dry at all. I also got the garlic shrimp which were tasty as well, especially pairws with the sauce (tasted like chimichurri) . The hushpuppies....now, the flavor is definitely there however they were not cooked all the way through., so they had a wet/doughy texture. The sauce they came with was very good though. After I popped them in the air fryer for a few minutes they were good to go. The meal was filling and you definitely feel like you're eating healthy for it to be fast food and it actually tastes good. Will definitely run this one back (maybe minus the hushpuppies)."

I've never had watery clam chowder. The broth - because that's what it was - was nearly translucent & the vinegary-base was overwhelming, if you're expecting a mild seafood flavor & a creamy soup. This wasn't creamy at all. Despite this, the first bite of the lobster roll is still on my mind. So, I can't totally believe that on a good day, all of my food would not have been excellent. Hopefully, they see this."

"I just had my order delivered from DoorDash about an hour ago. I ordered two items from Red Lobster:
• Creamy Lobster Mashed Potatoes: “Maine and Langostino lobster meat in a creamy lobster beurre blanc sauce over mashed potatoes. 320 Cal.”
• Lobster Dip: “Maine and langostino lobster, spinach and artichoke in a three-cheese blend with tortilla chips and pico de gallo. 890 Cal.”
However, the actual items received were nothing like what was advertised.
For the Creamy Lobster Mashed Potatoes, it was 95% mashed potatoes and only 5% lobster, making it extremely underwhelming and far from what the description promised.
For the Lobster Dip, the portion was extremely small, with just a few tiny pieces of lobster and an excessive amount of tortilla chips, which made the entire dish completely unbalanced for the price I paid.
This has been a complete waste of money. I’m thoroughly disappointed. I expected better service, better food, and quality from Red Lobster, but what I received was a scam. As a valuable customer and a DoorDash premium member, this experience makes me rethink ordering from either platform again.
I am requesting either a full refund or I can return the entire meal back to Red Lobster. I hope Red Lobster and DoorDash will look into this and provide the appropriate justification.

"It was pretty pricey (particularly considering the snow crab cluster in my Pick 2 was less of a cluster and more of 1 claw, 1 leg, and then a couple legs so small there was no meat). But it was super good. Be prepared for the boil to come in a large thick plastic bag (double bagged) with no good way to eat it unless you have a big tray you could pour it into.
