Forced myself to eat one but the other two were trashed. The Molletes were pleasantly bigger than expected, filling and decent flavor. The Baja Taco had fallen apart so the restaurant put another taco shell on the outside but they shouldve just remade the taco as the extra shell detracted from the flavor. The fried avocado was interesting and I would try it again. I didnt like the Vegan Carnitas Taco because it reminded me of dry meat and salsa didnt make it taste moister. I wouldn't order it again."

I also have to give a special shoutout to the owner for saving the day. Just two days before the event, we hit a major hiccup when our venue informed us that vendors couldn't bring their own propane gas for liability reasons. I panicked, but when I called the restaurant, the owner was incredibly accommodating. He went completely out of his way to figure out how to make it work using the venue's existing gas range. Even though it wasn't his usual or ideal setup, he just made it happen flawlessly and without any complaints. I am so grateful for his flexibility and dedication!
Despite that last-minute hurdle, the execution was perfect. The quality of the dosas was absolutely amazing, and the chaat was just as great. What really stood out to me was their service. The way the food was served was perfect, and they genuinely took wonderful care of all our guests. Even with a hungry crowd, their speed and efficiency were top-notch, ensuring no one was left waiting long.
To top it all off, they are extremely reasonably priced for the incredible quality and service they provide. I can't say enough good things about this place. I do not like leaving a negative review! Especially for my first one. However, I spent over a decade living blocks from Devon Avenue! Before I found the restaurant that I used to love, which moved, I spent five years or more trying many different Indian restaurants! Usually you end up with leftovers, the amount was slightly less than I am used to getting. In conclusion, I would not order from this restaurant again. I did not like sounding so harsh, but what good is a review if it is not completely honest!"

The Horchata was also excellent, spicy without being overly sweet. The food was thoughtfully and well packed in a nice sturdy Taco Maya bag. "Elote was such a small portion for that price is ridiculous and the seasoning was barely there. Waste of money all around. Very over priced for nothing innovative or new. Save your money and go to 26th street where you can get delicious Mexican food for more than half the price. Their popularity makes no sense. As a Mexican I thought this was a bad idea, and I was right. I wanted to see why DoorDash put it under most popular. Definitely paid for that spot. "
