"I have mostly been a fan of this place but sometimes fast food places make me question if I'll order out again. I got the mucho burrito and it was smaller than the last large burrito I had from this location. Very little, to almost none of any of the toppings I ordered. Of the ones I did order some of the fresh veg did not seem very fresh and the meat was very dry this time. Usually this place is good and yummy. I was unfortunately very disappointed this time. It feels a little like Russian roulette when I order, 1/4 of the time it's going to be bad enough I consider not ordering from here again. Of the the fast food Mexican burrito places this has been the best overall. Unfortunately fast food is always going to be somewhat to very disappointing some of the time."

"We ordered 2 medium pizzas from Papa AJs through skip the dishes tonight. Both pizzas were overbaked with almost no sauce. One of the pizzas was the completely wrong pizza, spicy, and completely inedible. The other was not much better and had no sauce or toppings.
I called the store first and spoke to a woman claiming to be the manager. She admitted it sounded like we got the wrong pizza, but offered no empathy or refund. She said I had to contact skip for a refund since I paid through skip. I requested a refund from skip but it was declined because no items were missing, only incorrect.
My friend called the store back to speak to the same girl who told him we could get an in store credit for a pick up if we could submit a skip receipt and proof skip did not credit us. I have emails of both. She took my friend's number and said the owner would review it and they would call us back.
She called my friend back a few minutes later and said the owner will not credit us if skip will not credit us. This is the same woman who just told him we could get an in store credit for a pick up order. She even implied that we were lying, even though we offered to show them both emails.
That's pretty dirty business practices. Don't order from here if unless you want to be cheated. $54 for 2 inedible pizzas and no one is accountable.
