I tossed the cold, undercooked, raw onion rings; they were inedible. $23 for that meal, outrageous. The sandwich was sloppily put together. I don't know who was cooking, but they missed by a lot. I won't be doing that again. I can get a really great Italian sub loaded with great meats and toppings plus a bag of chips from J.M.'s for a lot less money. Sorry Big Boy, where I have been going since I was a teen in the late 50's and forever more. I can't get there now, mobility issues, so I have to wait until someone can take me. "

"If you like spicy chicken sandwiches then you have found the holy grail. Incredibly juicy chicken breast with the perfect amount of breading. Not over breaded like Popeyes and not under breaded like Chic-Fil-a.
The spice level is subjective, I usually opt for hot but if I want some heat I will go with extra hot. If you have a lower tolerance, go with medium and below.
French fries are solid too, shake shack style crinkle-cut but with better seasoning and a bit more crispy. Dip the fries or the sandwich in "Dave's Special Sauce" if you want to help cool things down and it tastes good too.
If it's your first time, I recommend going in person as the wait with DD will probably have the food soggy by the time it hits your doorstep and leave a bad first impression. The take-out containers are not vented so all the moisture given off from the hot food gets trapped. Don't be surprised if you get there and see a line out the door! That's normal and it moves fast.
