The other burger was even worse—the bun was smashed, looked disgusting, and had a bad smell coming from it. The fries were cold, hard, and tasted stale. I paid $21 for this meal and couldn’t even enjoy it because the food was in such poor condition. I understand that delays can happen, but the least you can do is check the order and make sure the food is fresh, complete, and properly prepared before handing it to the delivery driver. Serving food like this is completely unacceptable, and I truly feel like I wasted my money."
