"The potatoes in the Oscar's Wicked Skillet were burned and there were very little vegetables in it. The jalapeños were even burned. The Cinnamon Rolls was hard on the bottom, like it sat in a warmer for too long. They usually put the icing in a cup on the side, instead they put it on the cinnamon roll while it was still hot and it had melted all over, making it soggy in places. It was inedible and I had to throw it away. I was really disappointed because their food is usually excellent but this order makes me reconsider getting food from them again. For the prices I paid I expected way better quality."

I specifically requested my New York Strip Steak be well done! The outside definitely was, but when I cut into it, it was all bright pink raw meat! It was such a a disappointment because the steak itself had excellent garlic seasoning and was well done on the outside. The raw meat ruined the whole thing. The steak fries were crispy and the macaroni and cheese was cooked well. The two biscuits were a bit cold and not very fresh tasting.
