"The Flat White (Iced) Large Latte, which I got in coconut milk was one of the best iced coffees I have gotten anywhere! I wish it was larger, and I would've gladly paid for it!! The next item I was blown away by were the Peanut Butter Balls!!! My mama and other family members always made them around the holidays, but they were never this good. I gave the Sausage Bites a poor rating, because it showed in the picture that a serving size was 2 bites. I only got 1, but though a little on the salty side, it was tasty. The Bacon, Egg, and Cheese (B.E.C.) Croissant was good, but no better than anywhere else. I wished I had been given the choice of a White Chocolate and Macadamia cookie, but they must've been out of that option, as well as, the Chocolate Chip; so, I settled for the remaining Large Cookie available, which was simply just okay. My biggest disappointment was the Chocolate Espresso Beans. Every "coffee shoppe" or barista, in my humble opinion, should serve these; yet the only time I seem to ever find them in even the best of the best of coffee shoppes are around the holidays. I was thrilled when I saw that they were not only available on the menu, but also the espresso beans, according to the menu description, were covered in DARK chocolate!!!! Just look at the picture of them below and see the nice clump of beans, too, but sadly, I got milk chocolate covered beans (yuck!!!!) and such a tiny bit of beans, too!!!!! All in all, I will say, I will definitely go back for the coffee, and by the way, this barista offers many other delectable coffees and teas, as well. I'm planning on trying the Matcha Tea next!!!! (Oh, and I won't forget the Peanut Butter Balls, either. ;D) They also serve scones, but the Jalapeño were the only ones available."

"Caesar Salad was great! Croutons were fresh & even though DD doesn't show it as an option I requested Caesar dressing & received it. The burgers did come with fries that were still hot & fresh. They had zero seasoning on them though. The burgers looked amazing & had good flavor however it seems they use the pre made Pattie's & I had WAY too much gristle in the burger for an $18 burger. Yes, they were in special BOGO but both burgers had at least 10 bites of gristle in each one. That was a bit much. Idk if I'd order the burger again for this reason. It's a beach restaurant in a beautiful hotel so hopefully they find a better beef supplier going forward, as the presentation & toppings were there. I can't fault them for the gristle since they have no idea unless they eat it therefore I'm mentioning this to alert management in hopes they rectify the issue. "This Aloha to Go review is based on ordering from them multiple times. Today I ordered the garlic shrimp meal, the kids Huli Huli chicken meal and 2 spam musubi. The spam musubi is consistently spot on and perfect especially for being so far away from HI. The Huli Huli chicken also very good. The garlic shrimp is good- not as good as Giovanni's but then again everytime I've been there I've been starving from hiking. I did notice that it was MUCH better this time around. I hate to do reviews after one try bc sometimes ppl have an off day. The one item that was super disappointing was the Mac salad. It was a really small portion and was bland and tasteless.
