"You can definitely tell the difference between dayshift and night shift.  I ordered during dayshift and then I ordered during night shift.  Dayshift included the napkins and straw with my order as they were supposed to and then I ordered it again this time during night shift. They did not include a straw for my frappe and they did not include any napkins. They also didn't give me extra lettuce which I had to pay $.50 for so I paid a dollar for extra lettuce on both my McChicken's and didn't receive extra lettuce.  They also did not give me hot and fresh McChicken patties they were old and the food was not even hot. I suggest management retrain their grill employees as well as the packer because it's the little things that matter."

One of like, 2 places in Springfield that offer delicious Steamed Pot Stickers (6) with a sauce that isn't JUST soy sauce. Definitely recommend. Egg rolls are average. General Chicken is really good as is. We tried as is and extra spicy and felt whatever they use for the spiciness actually took away from the flavor. The Orange Chicken was very good both as is and extra spicy. Bourbon Sauce tastes A LOT like Hong Kong Inn's bourbon so it's really good. And the Beijing Sauce is very different but pretty good! It tasted almost like sweet and sour but with a HEAVY heavy onion flavor added. Very unique and good. Crab Rangoons I would say are average tasting as well but definitely note that they are about half the size of a normal crab Rangoon. So, if you want normal size, you'll need to order the 6 count. "
