I am a frequent purchaser of the buy one get one baby salads, The Dearborn Sandwich, pita chips and garlic. Sometimes the pita chip bags have tons of chips, other times there's barely any. Occasionally, the garlic is extraordinarily bitter and strong. Sometimes it's smooth tasting and phenomenal. They are to pack the dressings for salads separate. Sometimes they do, sometimes it's on the salad and occasionally they forget it all together. There's barely any feta on the salad. They are off and on with the garlic on the sandwich, it's missing 50% of the time. It's still one of my favorite places, when they do it properly. Even going inside the store- Staff is nice and friendly with spot-on orders. But with Doordash, it's hit or miss."

None of my requests for extra chickpeas and extra goat cheese on my Beet Salad were honored - even when I agreed to upcharges. It was basically a bowl of arugula with a few beets and a sprinkle of goat cheese. I counted 8 chickpeas. I order from Novella at least once a week. This will be my last. What a bummer and huge waste of money. I'm throwing the pizza out - it's pretty disgusting."
