"During a very busy time, being a current worker in the same type of field, I called to verify that my drink order went through correctly. I called multiple times with no success in reaching anyone. I finally was able to speak to DOMINIC who let me know he was in the kitchen in back and would not "bother checking that my order came through correctly bc they were too busy and it would take him too much time to look up my name," I was pretty shocked by now to know I was a bother while trying to prevent a bigger issue from needing it corrected after it would be too late. I asked for a manager and he claimed he was the assistant manager on site. when I asked for his superior he told me DONNA was her name and she was NOT there.

If you get this, make sure you're having a strong chocolate sweet tooth. The Salted Butter Twist Roll was IMMACULATE. A fluffy salty exterior with the most buttery soft inside. I would recommend this with coffee or hot chocolate. The Curry Croquette had the best crunch and the flavors went wild on the palate. Lastly, the Sweet Potato Pastry had a natural sweetness from the sweet potato and the custard added a nice texture to a flaky pastry twist. Overall, I would recommend again. The level of craftsmanship on these pastries deserves a reward."
