The staff at this specific location are kind, and care. I order breakfast for my picky kids almost every single day. They take good care of us every time, without fail, and go above and beyond. Awesome breakfast sandwiches. Everything is always fresh. I see you, Tim Hortons staff at this location! <3 thank you!!!

During a very busy time, being a current worker in the same type of field, I called to verify that my drink order went through correctly. I called multiple times with no success in reaching anyone. I finally was able to speak to DOMINIC who let me know he was in the kitchen in back and would not "bother checking that my order came through correctly bc they were too busy and it would take him too much time to look up my name," I was pretty shocked by now to know I was a bother while trying to prevent a bigger issue from needing it corrected after it would be too late. I asked for a manager and he claimed he was the assistant manager on site. when I asked for his superior he told me DONNA was her name and she was NOT there.
I WOULD LIKE TO THANK DONNA; for calling me back within minutes to let me know she hand packed mine herself and all was well. She had a great attitude and was very kind. Had I not received her call, this review would of ended a paragraph before now.

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT/SCAM.
This morning I used coupon$4.49 for 1/2 dozen assorted and they honored it the first time I ordered it. but I went through a second time and the cashier charged me full price even though the coupon was clipped and active and there is no limit on how many times you can use it or any time limit so I was gonna use it again.
Also, 80% of the time they dont put sugar in your drink and sometimes if they do, they do stir it so it's clumped at the bottom of the drink.
