I ordered the dish to share with my husband for dinner and was shocked I had paid almost $15 for a child's portion. we were really looking forward to the soup dumplings which were raw. to be clear, we were served RAW GROUND PORK, which is very dangerous. our bao and egg rolls were fine. the egg rolls were a little overdone. I have enjoyed wow bao before, but I am very dissapointed with today's order, and I'm left with concern for my safety since I ate half of a raw dumpling."

"I order the regular palm bowl here often and with add-ons. This last time, I paid for mango and banana on top, but instead received a completely different bowl: wrong size, none of my paid additions, and made with peanut butter and cacao nibs, which I never order and don’t eat. While I did get refunded, I still couldn’t enjoy my meal.
Unfortunately, this isn’t the first issue. On two other occasions, the kiwi was inedible with an off texture and a taste like it had gone bad.
Given how frequently I order this bowl, the inconsistency is really disappointing. I make my own açai bowls at home, so I only order when I need something quick. I’ll be taking my business to Vitality Bowls or Pure Green when I need that convenience instead."
