I just had this bowl and a hot tea from elsewhere so I figured I would need a little something to cut all of the sweetness."
"I order the regular palm bowl here often and with add-ons. This last time, I paid for mango and banana on top, but instead received a completely different bowl: wrong size, none of my paid additions, and made with peanut butter and cacao nibs, which I never order and donāt eat. While I did get refunded, I still couldnāt enjoy my meal.
Unfortunately, this isnāt the first issue. On two other occasions, the kiwi was inedible with an off texture and a taste like it had gone bad.
Given how frequently I order this bowl, the inconsistency is really disappointing. I make my own aƧai bowls at home, so I only order when I need something quick. Iāll be taking my business to Vitality Bowls or Pure Green when I need that convenience instead."
