The breadsticks were burnt around the edges; the crust on the two pieces had been reversed so that the one that was supposed to be thin crust was tavern crust, and the one that was supposed to be Tavern crust, thin crust; one of the two was simply a double crusted pizza that separated; in both of them were burnt. I have ordered this in the past and enjoyed it, but this order was absolutely terrible. "The food arrived hot and cold as expected for each item and it was very well packed. Everything was very fresh and big portions. Everything is big enough to share or have leftovers which is nice. The only thing is I expected more ricotta in the Baked Ziti bc I like it creamy almost like a vodka sauce. The meat add ins were great, my fave being the meatballs.
