"First of all I would like to give credit to our delivery driver who brought my order this evening, he called to verify exactly where I was located in the RV park I stay in. Unfortunately the quality of the order from Dairy Queen was sub standard. I ordered 1 4 piece chicken strip dinner and 1 6 piece chicken strip dinner with an extra order of country gravy for each. I received 2x4 piece chicken strip dinners, no extra gravy and barely enough gravy to fill one container let alone 2. Of course I have been charged for a 6 piece meals and 2 extra gravies and have been unable to reach Dairy Queen by phone in spite of the fact they claim to be open till 11pm.
I will attempt to contact them again tomorrow but have left a poor review online.

Fried Catfish : There was a TON of small but tasty catfish tenders in this order- enough easily for 2 people to share. The loaded mashed potatoes were 💯! No seasonings needed to be added because the flavor was so amazing! I wasn't a fan of the hushpuppies and they were a bit too overcooked/chewy to reheat in the toaster oven.
* I ordered extra cup of blackened shrimp as an add on the side with Etouffee and I was not a fan personally. felt like it was overcooked and also way over seasoned. * I love herbs and spices but this was way Overboard. I think heavy on Thyme or other herbs if I was tasting correctly.
The most disappointing part for me though was the Warm Cookie Sundae - the cookie had been burnt and turned upside down to hide it- it actually wasn't warm at all upon arrival. The Ice cream was put inside the box with cookie when it was requested on side and extra was ordered. It should have been bagged seperately outside the bag of the hot foods. It was actually put in the middle of the other food boxes so a sandwich of heat around ice cream. Needless to say it was melted.
