"I have eaten here in person with no issues, but my order from DD was terrible.
I wanted to order the three taco combo, but found that unlike individual items nothing could be modified. The store also does not accept requests meaning I had to pay twice as much on individual tacos to accommodate a food allergy.
Even then one of the tacos was covered in sauce I could not eat so that was $7 down the drain.
The Pescado Taco was so salty I literally could not eat it, and the Ground Beef Taco had a weird plastic-like taste to it.
I was looking forward to the Mexican Hot Chocolate as it is one of my favorite drinks in the winter. I don't know what recipe was used here, but what I received was just dark chocolate foam that was lukewarm. For an 8oz cup the price is ridiculous.
Including my in person experience this place is just okay. Trendy? Sure. Fresh? Admittedly yes. Authentic? Absolutely not. For the cost I would rather eat at one of the other dozens of restaurants nearby."

"The pasta came in one of those recycled cardboard food containers so it literally absorbed a lot of the liquid and stuck to the box. The pasta itself is very very bland and the chicken in the pasta is very rubbery like it's been sitting under a lamp forever before it was put in the pasta. I also ordered a slice of red velvet cake which was in another container and sat on top of the pasta so it was hot when it got here and the slice is tiny, I literally threw the whole thing away.
