"We got the Family Bundle and were unpleasantly surprised to understand why the price was so low. The burgers were bland, and overcooked. The chicken sandwiches were completely tasteless, and chewy. The sauces for the nuggets, whether it was by accident or careless mistake, had one of the bbq sauce packets explode and coating a good portion inside the bag.
The nuggets and the burger themselves tasted great, and again I absolutely get it that things just slip up while you're trying to get orders out as fast as possible, so I ask for your kitchen crew and your expeditor to be more attentive and careful for future orders.
