Last Sunday, after surviving an overnight work from home shift that lasted just under 16 hours, I was completely running on fumes. I coordinate with teams across multiple countries in real time, so the time zone differences can be absolutely brutal on my sleep schedule.
Lately it’s been even more intense because we’re in the middle of a major project rollout, and last Saturday was by far the toughest day yet. Unfortunately that meant that by Sunday morning… I was drained and desperate for “Coffee”.
The morning alarms began going off in my kids’ rooms, and I hadn’t even started their breakfast yet.
So I grabbed my phone and turned to our family’s favorite go-to spot: Taco’s Jalisco’s.
I ordered enough pancakes, sausage, bacon, breakfast potatoes, scrambled eggs, and French toast to feed everyone —and every single thing was cooked, packed and delivered absolutely perfectly.
Every item arrived fresh, hot, and incredibly delicious.
My kids loved every bite, and they were completely stuffed by the time they finished eating. 😂
Look, when you’re beyond exhausted, having a place you know you can count on for a great meal makes all the difference in the world.

"The Crispy Taco Plate was good. The tortilla shells extra crispy. The beef was very flavorful. I wish they had added a bit more beef as there was a little bit per taco. The rice and beans were hearty. The rice especially had the zesty Mexican rice flavors expected from top notch cooks. The Hamburger & Fries were ok. The hamburger had good flavor but I feel it was missing an ingredient. Pickles would have made it awesome. The fries tasted fresh but bland. Though I don't expect seasoned fries from a Mexican food restaurant. Finally the beef soup. The beef soup is something I'd definitely order again in the winter. It had large beef chunks that had been boiled in the broth. The broth was salty but flavorful and would be perfect for cooler days. Overall a 4 out of 5 stars. I'm going to try more in the future and would recommend to anyone who just wants good Mexican food."
