My first time ordering I felt that the portion of rice was too much, so the second time I ordered through DoorDash, I got the Keiki Plate "kids size" and just added more shrimp like I did the first time, but this time it was the perfect amount of shrimp to rice/salad ratio to me. (the photo included here is from the first time I ordered, so the regular portion, not the Keiki Plate). The only thing I would've preferred both times would've been less butter sauce on the rice, and the second time I ordered, they added a little too much seasoned salt to my avocado/bowl. "I don't know how they're able to get "to go" steak so perfectly cooked, but they manage to do so, consistently. It looks dried and overdone on the outside, but it's just the seasonings seared in. That spot has a bit of a crust which I personally love, but inside, it's unbelievably tender and perfectly pink. I'm also the kind to use steak sauce, no matter what, but sitting in its juices is perfectly seasoned & moist.
The baked potatoes are also fantastic. The outside is salted to perfection. I've never been a fan of eating the skin until I had theirs.
The only thing I've noticed that's in any way negative, is if you order different sizes of steak, it's possible one could come out more done than the other. I assume they put them both on at the same time so the smaller is more cooked and the larger is mildly undercooked or perfect. I only noticed this once or twice and started ordering the same size for my husband & I since then and had no problems. This is just a note for to-go orders though. Anyway, highly recommend! "

"The 49er Flap Jacks Pancake and Dutch Baby are always delicious! Everything comes out nice and hot despite the (needed) wait for the Dutch baby. The only dislike is on the Ham and Cheddar Omelette, and it's just the fact that some bites have no cheese or ham, and others it's a mouthful of ham which I'm not a fan of. If there were a basic cheese omelette that you could add more to (a custom) it'd probably be better for me. Otherwise flavours and temps are always good and portion is great! Have ordered multiple times and will continue to!"
