It's wrapped in foil to keep it warm and to keep the corn toppings in place. The broccoli was pretty close to raw. I know this is a matter of preference. I prefer mine a little more thoroughly steamed. The salad is not really a Caeser, so if you really like romaine lettuce you'll be disappointed. It's mixed greens. The croutons were fine. I added more parmesan cheese; it was scant. The dressing is ample for the small salad; it is very much a side salad size. The cheesecake was a large serving.
