I stopped eating BK years ago because their food was always cold, soggy, or the meal was just underwhelming for its price. "I want to preface this review by mentioning that they were out of Roast Beef for The 6. Outback, and called me to ask if they could substitute it with Turkey, to which I agreed was fine. This was after my initial call to them to make sure that my request for condiments to be omitted/put on the side was honored (as I wanted to taste the actual food, and not condiments) so I am not sure they would have called me back to ask about the substitution. Nevertheless, it's important to credit them for the excellent customer service regardless; they made the effort!
As you can see, the sandwich was piled high and the ingredients were fresh! The Time Square and Hamburguesa con Queso / Cheeseburger were also delicious and fresh, and the fries were crispy on the outside, and fluffy on the inside (how I prefer them.)
