"Staff was incredibly friendly and the food is the best I've ever had! If you're looking for Indian food you have to check this place out! The tikka masala is the perfect level of spice and the garlic naan is worth the trip or order alone."

"I get the Chana Masala and samosa plate (sometimes two orders) almost every time and it's always delicious, high quality, and big servings for the price! Highly recommend Indian hut and all of their dishes! "
"I’ve been ordering from Indian Hut since 2017, and it’s still one of my absolute go-to spots. The food has been consistently excellent for years. Fresh, flavorful, and made with care, not rushed or sloppy.
A few favorites I keep coming back to: the Veg Grilled Cheese Panini, Dal Makhani, and Hakka Noodles. And honestly, what really sets this location apart are their “Norristown Special” dishes. They don’t feel like random menu add-ons. They taste like true chef specials. I’ve been trying my way through them and I’m genuinely impressed. Every time I think I’ve found my favorite, the next one surprises me.
What makes Indian Hut stand out even more is how they treat customers. Things don’t have to be perfect every single time, but when something is off, they handle it the right way. They own it, they fix it fast, and sometimes they’ll make it right even when it wasn’t their fault. That’s real hospitality.
Special shoutout to Utsav! His customer service is above and beyond. He’s a true star and you can tell he values loyalty. Indian Hut is the kind of place that earns repeat customers for a reason. Highly recommend.
Keep doing what you’re doing. Places like this don’t just serve food, they build a community one order at a time."

"the restaurant failed to include plastic utensils and that's always disappointing considering I requested them and I'm staying at a hotel. Mutter Paneer was quite good and tasty although I'm disappointed that there was no option to alter my spice level. other Indian restaurants always give the option of how spicy we'd like our meals to be. usually it's on a scale from 1 to 10 and other times it's on a scale from not spicy to very spicy. The Mutter Paneer came with a good amount of Indian cheese and peas and it also included rice."
"I ordered Chicken Tikka Masala and it wasn't spicy at all nor could I modify it to be..the sauce tasted like tomato soup and the chicken was over cooked..spending $25 on such a tiny portion and for it to not taste like the original dish was very disappointing..I would give it a 2/10"

"This is the second time Ive ordered the Mutton Fry Biryani but it only comes with bones and two tiny pieces of meat. So I just paid for rice and spicy seasoning. This is so sad. "Vegetarian food done right. MaMa's tofu is the best I've ever had, highly flavored and very tender. Gongura Vegetable Biryani was perfect. The Gobi 65 was spicy and crunchy. Kaju Paneer was deeply complex and flat out delicious. This is not your average Indian take out, this is damn near perfect."
"Although all the food tasted great, the prices are really high for the portion sizes. I just cant justify paying $17 for a small vegetarian appetizer and the "entree" was about half the size of most other places. I probably wouldn't order from here again unless they adjust their pricing. "

"We absolutely love ordering from House of India. Everything is always excellently-prepared. However, considering the portion of meat that accompanies each entree, it is considerably overpriced. Although everything is fabulously prepared, it's a little disappointing that the container of Chicken Korma (for example) is mostly sauce, and a small amount of meat for a $25-dish. Otherwise, we love ordering from here but have had to order less frequently since it's so expensive for just two entrees alone that aren't usually filling enough. :/"

"I'm Puerto Rican, and my wife is Indian. We both grew up in homes filled with the aroma of spices and herbs, and we've often been disappointed when looking for restaurants that can deliver a satisfying dining experience.
Aman's more than delivers (they do dine in, too). Every dish we had was superb. Their Saag Paneer was especially flavorful and had a great texture—a difficult feat for many to accomplish.
We've eaten in and ordered out from Aman's, and the only thing missing from delivery is their exceptional table service. I'd give them 6 stars if I could."

"This review is difficult for me to write because I genuinely want Malooga to thrive. I wish there were a Malooga in every county in Pennsylvania.
The lamb haneeth was fall-off-the-bone tender and beautifully seasoned, laid over a bed of fragrant rice that tasted as though it had been cooked in the same rich stock as the lamb. Shame on me for ordering takeout, but even after sitting for more than 45 minutes, the dish was still literally finger-licking good.
The moment I opened the container and smelled that gentle loft of lamb smoke, I went back and washed my hands a second time. Utensils were not needed. In fact, if my Arab friends saw me eating lamb this good with a fork, I would probably be severely corrected.
The only proper way to eat it is to gather some rice in your hand, press it into a ball, add a piece of lamb, and create a chaotic orchestra of flavor in a single bite—then thank God.
So yes, foodies and anyone who appreciates Yemeni or Hijazi cuisine: Malooga is absolutely for you.
My only problem—and it is a meaningful one—is the price. A ten-minute drive toward University City will take you to several restaurants serving similar dishes for nearly half the cost. The consistency may not always match Malooga’s, but you can still get that warm, home-cooked experience at a much more approachable price.
I say this with affection because the Main Line does not have many authentic halal options like Malooga. But honestly, habibis, your business would be better served by repeat regulars than by customers who can justify coming only once a month when the craving becomes too strong.
If there is room to make a little less on each order, please consider it. The margins feel unnecessarily high, and that is disappointing because the food itself gives people every reason to return. People want to eat out. Give them an affordable reason to make Malooga part of their regular lives, rather than an occasional indulgence."
"I am a foodie and I regularly order take out from many different restaurants. I am extremely impressed with the taste of this delicious Chicken Mandi and the portions that were given! Malooga was extremely generous in the size of the chicken as well as the quantity of rice given with the huge piece of chicken. the food tasted extremely fresh, and was so rich in it's herbal profile. I am so glad I tried this place, and hands down this is the best restaurant I have tried on DoorDash so far. I would definitely order again and would recommend everyone to try this delicious Chicken Mandi. I actually am considering dining in this restaurant and catering from here in the near future! Thank you so much for the delicious and satisfying food Malooga!!! I'm really excited to eat here again, and share this place with friends and family in the near future!!!"
