Sometimes they're out of everything. This store does not offer substitutions, so you don't even realize that you're not getting what you ordered until it doesn't show up. For example, my order today was for a Chocolate Cream Donut, 2 Chocolate Croissant,2 Caramel Apple Pie, and Fudge Brownie. I received two caramel apple pies and the fudge brownie, but no donut and no croissants and no explanation as to why. I understand that they don't owe me an explanation. It would be nice if there was a way that they could let the customer know that half their order was going to be missing. Again, I only bring this up because it has happened on every single order I have ever made.

"I'll start with the good. The Salade de Betteraves was excellent; the vinegrette was tasty and the ingredients were well balanced. The Cheese Plate was good, though a bit overpriced. Unfortunately the Pâté Tasting was disappointing; only one of the three offerings was palatable. And the meal's centerpiece? Of the Filet Mignon & Pommes Aligot, both the steak and the sauce were criminally underseasoned, though I will say the quality of the meat was excellent (having ordered it on the blue side of rare, that is more of a complement to the butcher than to the chef). All in all, highly disappointing."
