I ordered the Vegetable Ramen and the broth was savory and didn't feel like a vegetable broth and more like a good bone broth. The the vegetables were crisp, the noodles had a nice texture to them and weren't overcooked. The marinated eggs were good but I didn't taste much of the marinade. The amount of ramen you get portion wise is a lot! I will be having it for lunch tomorrow and I'm not complaining."
