This is the same employee who previously hung up on me and refused to provide her name when I asked for it. The issue started when I politely asked for a small amount of Sriracha on the side, something the other employees have always done for me. Instead, she responded rudely that there would be an extra charge. Since this wasn’t the first negative experience I had with her, I asked if I could speak with a manager. She then hung up on me and blocked my number.I was eventually able to speak with the owner, who listened to my concerns, understood the situation, and apologized for how I was treated. However, despite our conversation, the employee never informed the kitchen about my request to make the rolls with less crab. As a result, when I received my order, the rolls were still overfilled with crab and much larger than I had requested."
