"I ordered the grand red velvet cake for my mother's birthday. Apparently they were out of that cake, but they chose not to tell me. I went and picked it up, they told me nothing, I got in my car to check and discovered I had some sort of confetti cake. The employees left the store and I got out to tell them that my order was wrong, they told me they ran out of the cake I ordered. So instead of canceling my order or telling me at the counter, they chose to not say anything and let me waste $50 on a cake I didn't even order. They told me I could call tomorrow and get a refund, I just contacted DD support to get one. The whole exchange was incredibly underhanded and disrespectful, I will never be ordering from this store again."
