"I was so excited to try this for the first time and it did not disappoint at all! The Fried Chicken Sandwich was soo good. The chicken was white, perfectly cooked, and very big. The potato wedges were very good and crispy as well. My original dasher forgot my drink, but thankfully my second dasher picked up both of the Iced Mocha's because they were delicious! "So I waited for the pick up time that kept gettin pushed back, and despite being marked ready it wasn't -- they started bagging when I asked for my order at the counter. No big, was going to let that go but just got home and the bagging is a mess. And to be clear, I was careful with the bag. Nothing got crushed in transit, this is just how carelessly the pastries were bagged. See pics.
Rice donuts were crushed, but whatever, they're fine. Portuguese Egg Tart was dumped out of the plastic upside down, which I find gross and careless but again, meh. But both coffee buns I ordered were totally crushed, topping crumbling everywhere. Worst of all, the morning bread is just a pack of plain rolls??? That's not at all what the menu description says. It's supposed to be connected rolls sliced in half with cream and jam. I have a bag of plain milk rolls which is a different item... I won't be back, way too expensive for all this to be such a mess."

"The bagel nook is a great place for jam packed, delicious bagels! They have so many options to choose from. Everything tastes fresh. Only thing is, I'm not sure why they have the special instructions option if they never read it. I can never figure out how to get them to put the hashbrown on the side instead of on the Bacon & Egg Sandwich and I've tried every way possible to communicate that. Also, I recommend asking for your bacon extra crispy unless you want chewy, barely cooked bacon. And even then, they might not read the instructions and still give you chewy bits. It can be disappointing to pay $10+ for a bagel to have to remove all the bacon because it's almost inedible. All in all, they are better in person. I wish they would read the instructions or perhaps just add options for crispy bacon and hashbrowns on the side. "

"When you spend $40.00 on breakfast, you want it to be spectacular. It wasn't. My smoothie was melted when I got it, I get it because it did say it was a longer commute but even still, package it differently if you're sending those type of products so it can get to me with integrity. I also hate whip cream on my smoothie. I feel like they should list the ingredients so people can know 1, it's a milky type smoothie and 2, it does have whip cream in top. The taste of the smoothie was decent though. The potatos... There was no hot drizzle, that was not mozzarella cheese. The just unseasoned, run of the mill potatoes with jalapeños and one slice of melted cheese on the top. Cheese doesn't even cover all the potatoes. Just underwhelming af. The turkey sausage croissant was the best thing I had from here. It was a nice flaky croissant, good sausage and fluffy eggs. I will not be ordering from here again."
