Chips were fine, although not salted. When the driver arrived I got a message "Come pick up your order" from the outside of my workplace which seemed rude. Usually they bring the stuff to you. I tipped in advance as you do on DoorDash ($10 on a $30 dollar order) because I know times are tough, but I regret that now. "The coffee tote and everything that comes with it is great. The employees; however, were shockingly unkind. I received a notification through DoorDash that my order was ready. I arrive 10 minutes after that notification only to be told my order hasn't been started. The young woman with brown hair did apologize, but said she can make it or give me a refund. This coffee was for a meeting. I couldn't just cancel and get a refund. I expressed how disappointing it was to find out that my order wasn't even started, and a young man with dark hair and a baseball cap said they didn't have control over DoorDash. I questioned that and even re-mentioned that I received a notification that my order was ready. He then asked another employee, a young Asian woman, and nothing else was said. So I waited about 6-7 minutes - no big deal normally but I was then late for my meeting. The young Asian woman then called out my name when my order was ready, I grabbed my order and told her thank you, she ignored me and walked away to busy herself with another task. Really, really unpleasant experience.
But at least the coffee was fresh, hot and definitely enough for 8 people. I would order again, but not from this location with this kind of staff."

"Very disappointed! The food quality at this location has seriously declined and I won't be back. The BLT used to come with high quality bacon, what I got today reminded me of cheap microwave bacon. I also ordered a La Bou Salad that was bagged on its side and was 99% lettuce. It was supposed to come with avocado slices but instead there was a haphazard smear of browned mashed avocado, the two slices of cucumber were yellow and bitter, and there was a touch of white cheese that had no flavor. The baguette was good."
