If you order Brisket it will be a fattier piece of meat.
Also, the price IS high for the portion size, but the portion size is appropriate for a satisfying portion. Also, I'm willing to pay the price because the quality and flavor is great.

The corn cup only has cheese and chili at the very tip top, basically only 3 or 4 bites worth... not throughout the corn... sad. The Red Tamal 🫔 was the only thing I actually enjoyed...
