I questioned that and even re-mentioned that I received a notification that my order was ready. He then asked another employee, a young Asian woman, and nothing else was said. So I waited about 6-7 minutes - no big deal normally but I was then late for my meeting. The young Asian woman then called out my name when my order was ready, I grabbed my order and told her thank you, she ignored me and walked away to busy herself with another task. Really, really unpleasant experience.
But at least the coffee was fresh, hot and definitely enough for 8 people. I would order again, but not from this location with this kind of staff."
