Tots probably could've been cooked a bit more given they softened/steamed in the package a bit by the time it was delivered to me between ambient heat + sauce. Def need to consider fixing the packaging---the red checkhard paper was adhered to the cheese so much that it was hard not to end up eating pieces of paper. Reheating was almost impossible because the paper was adhered in some places & disintegrating in others. Maybe forgo the paper entirely? It's almost overkill given the foil tin that could be used to finish the orders in. Good luck!"
