I've ordered Concrete Mixers from this location several times (x12 so far), and they consistently arrive melted because the store prepares them far too early. I've visited in person and watched the staff make the Mixer immediately after the order is placed, then leave it sitting on the counter at room temperature while the rest of the food is still being cooked.
By the time the DoorDash driver picks it up - especially if there's any delay - the Mixer is already liquid. Other Culver's locations nearby keep Mixers in the freezer until the food is ready, and sometimes even until the driver picks up the order, and the product arrives perfectly frozen every time.
This location needs to adjust its workflow for frozen items. The quality here is not consistent with other Culver's restaurants."
