The store should better package the coffee, maybe in its own separate bag and use a lid that is better resistant to splashing. The Dasher may have some responsibility too.

"We are REALLY lucky to have Piedmont Cafe. The affordable greasy spoon diner is a dying breed anyway, but this place? I've been coming here for a decade and when I tell you I can rely on my breakfast being cooked perfectly every single time, I mean, CLOCKWORK. This is worth its weight in gold to me personally, but then you also have amazing staff, what more could you ask for?
Honestly, if they were open late at night a few nights a week or even all week? So like, open 7 or 8am to 2 or 3pm (sorry, can't remember their actual hours right now) and then again, say, 8pm til midnight Fri-Sun. And if they had a few booths and a jukebox, but kept it alcohol-free, this would be the perfect place. I also think they would benefit heavily from utilizing a space out front for a table or two outside if at any way possible; I know the location makes it tough but it's definitely been done up and down the street in different spots. Ever since Gaylord's closed there's a gap that needs filled for a place to study and have breakfast late that isn't Denny's. Anyway, if it ain't broke don't fix it, but just some ideas for them to consider, to keep them thriving so they stay viable and with us forever! "

This has to be one of my favorite restaurants in the east bay, their food is incredible, prices are reasonable, and just the was the food is delivered is great because they come with all types of condiments needed. I really hope this place gets the business it deserves!!!"

"Somehow the rolls and cookies tasted fresh baked. But they use really low quality products in other ways. "Iced mocha" was made with hot cocoa mix - there were still chalky undissolved bits. Bagels are teeny tiny and tastes like from the supermarket. They don't use real cheese on the breakfast sandwich - it's like Kraft slices. It's cheap, so you get what you pay for!"
