I’ll be uploading a photo. To make it worse, they smothered it in soggy, half-raw onions even though I specifically requested mushrooms. I understand onions are cheaper than mushrooms, but charging for mushrooms and covering the steak in wet onions instead is unacceptable.
The smoothie they advertise all over the app that I ordered was also missing. The Dasher told me nothing was packed for a drink. When I called the restaurant, the manager Walter just told me to contact the app. Emily packed the order.
The brownie bite dessert also came with a laughably tiny scoop of ice cream in what looks like a sauce cup.
This isn’t the first time items have been missing from orders here, but it will absolutely be the last time I ever order from this location again. Completely unacceptable."

"Have literally been eating at Gen since they first opened and I've ordered takeout from them a few times only. Never had an issue before today and it's really just sad. The 7 Meats, 5 Sides, and Steamed Rice lets you double up on meats and sides so I got multiples of the same kimchi; what I got was less than half one container combined! It's like a single bite and that's it! Not to mention the cucumber side was literally 4 pieces of cucumber. Please see the photo - the spicy radish and cucumber you see is TWO orders put into one container. Just wow. Same issue with the meat - they charge extra for short rib and I got 2 small pieces along with bones standalone, no meat on them. The brisket, which I got 3 of, was pale and barely cooked so we threw everything in the oven to cook more. All 7 meats after cooking and plating together are shown in a photo. Barely 7 if you think of what you get when at the restaurant. Really bummed that Gen thought this was acceptable and definitely not happy with this order. "
