Who ever worked that shift needs a raise and a promotion. All of em. This has to be the best quality order I have had from ANY Jack in the box, in at least the past 5 years. Onion rings were fried perfectly, tacos were crunchier than cat food, my ultimate cheeseburger was juicy and fresh, but the buns were not greasy, THAT IS A SKILL AND TRAIT OF A MASTER. Someone was back there keeping the prep line clean and dry between orders and as a weird guy who gets grossed out by grease covered buns , I appreciate you with my entire being. Soda syrup was also on point my cherry coke was phenomenal and hit the spot just right. Zero negative remarks for tonight the care and pride in the work was extremely apparent. 10/10"

"Got the two tenders combo with cheese fries. First time ordering from this location. I usually get from the Ventura location. This location has sad fries. Barely any seasoning if any, barely any cheese and the daves sauce that usually comes in a big packet came in a tiny cup. These fries were a rip off for the upcharge fee. Will just have to order from the Ventura location from now on. The chicken was its usual goodness. Good crisp and flavor. Just a shame about the fries because thats what I was looking forward to.
