"The caldo de res is lacking a lot of flavor. The foam the meat releases when it's cooked is not removed and changes the taste of the soup. The pieces of meat have all of the fat still on them so it's a big piece of meat but most of it is fat. The portion and price is good but the taste is just not there. The side of rice has a super strong taste of lemon and when ate with soup it's just a complete mess. The corn inside the soup also felt undercooked. The fries were undercooked and very very lightly seasoned with salt. The carne asada from here is always good so I don't know why the quality of the soup isn't there. 5/10 and that's being nice"

"Overall, it wasn’t horrible. The flavor was pretty good, but in a few bites of the chicken I found myself picking out gristle and cartilage. It happened enough that I started worrying about what I was going to get next, which really took away from the meal.
I’m also pretty particular about fresh lettuce, and there were a few pieces that were brown on the edges or wilted. Once I noticed that, it kind of turned me off the whole salad.
I ended up eating about half before I couldn’t continue. The taste itself wasn’t bad, but the texture issues and the quality of some of the ingredients made the overall experience disappointing and something I do not think I would repeat. (Yes I took photos but don't think any customers need to view food that I chewed and spit out.)"
