Being from San Francisco where Chinese food is plentiful and authentic it was hard for me to find good Chinese food around the area I live. So far Panda has been my favorite although I miss dishes like sub gum wonton, and beef chow fun. In the "special requests" section on DoorDash, I asked Tim's Kitchen for my BLTA to have no A (avocado lol) and to have regular toast instead of Texas toast, and I got exactly what I asked for!
