"I grew up by this store and they have always strived to adapt/evolve/overcome. The food is usually put together in an appealing way rather than thrown together carelessly like many fast food restaurants with drive thrus. My only gripe is they forget about sauces you order on Doordash or Uber Eats and this consistent...out of 20 online orders over the last 2 years I would say maybe 2 actually included the sauces I asked for, and that's me being gracious with percentages. I put Diablo sauce on everything so not being able to get that consistently costed them one star. Other than that they are great and have always been great! I know of Taco Bells that have smashed food and this one never presents that. They do seem to use fresh ingredients especially the lettuce and tomatoes...no wilt or mush. I recommend them and just hope they can figure out how to give people the sauces they ask for when it comes to online orders. They do great with sauces in the drivethru but this app is for online purchases...when it comes to online purchases, GOOD LUCK getting the sauces you want. So 4/5"

"The Florence location is great, have never had issue when ordering from them.
This is the first time I ordered from the Richwood location, mainly because there's never been a way to order chips and salsa. Today I decided to try them since it's closer and just ordered a Chips and Cheese Dip and put a note in to sub salsa. Not the most cost efficient way since cheese is usually a bit more expensive than salsa, but it worked. The Queso Birria Tacos unfortunately didn't come with any consomé, and while the tacos were good, they really needed the dip. The Florence location also wraps the sauces/sides to ensure no spillage which has saved us some messes quite a few times, unfortunately the Richwood location doesn't do this.
I will absolutely order from El Taco Feliz again, but I'll probably pay the distance fee and order from Florence.

"This quesadilla is delicious, savory, a kick from the jalapeños but balances out with the chomp sauce, corn salsa and cheese. You can really taste the flavor from the adobo chicken. I could be wrong, but the cheese (chomp sauce?) seems very American cheese forward. I got spicy mayo, sour cream, and bbq sauce w/ mine. Their side sauces are significantly bigger than the tiny cups most places give you, so that was a pleasant surprise. All-in-all, I felt I got my money's worth and would recommend this place. If looking for meat and cheese comfort food, go for it! PS: I am semi-sensitive to spiciness, and the spicy mayo was very mild to me. And the Tres Leches was good—a bit richer/sweeter than some I've had, but was tasty and had good texture."
