"I ordered the founders favorite. The medium size. 1st of all it was over the top of the cup when I pulled the top off it had melted and the ice cream was just a big mound of mush. I was not happy behind spending $24 for this very disappointing and if I can get my money back, I would I will not be ordering again."
"Normally I love this place, but they didn't have the German Chocolate on the menu so I created mine with similar ingredients: chocolate ice cream, caramel, pecans, brownies, and coconut. However, when it arrived, it was missing the coconut which is teally what I love most about the GC. Don't get me wrong, the flavor was still good a d definitely cold, unmelted and fresh, but even our portions were not what we had asked for. I am not sure what happened. We order 3 different ice creams and two were flawed. I will be driving to the store from now on to make sure I get what I want :0/"
