Actually, the spaghetti factory probably would have been better and definitely cheaper. They put the croutons in with the salad so by the time it gets delivered they're soggy. Not enough dressing for the salad and we had to use our own from home. Fusilli dish had not one drop of cream sauce and no flavor. Thankfully I had parmesan at home (that was also not included like usual) and I was able to make some sauce but that defeats the purpose of ordering dinner in. When I called, the guy kept trying to tell me that the mushrooms and spinach I added to the dish soaked up the sauce. No, sir. Those sweat liquid when cooked. There was not one drop of sauce in the container. My daughter's dish was tasty and she was thankful they have a gluten free pasta option that she said was good. My husband was not pleased with the taste or the portion size of his meal. Please work on your packaging of items and customer service. Not a great feeling to be gaslit when I called to let you know there's a problem with my dinner. Possible patrons: please do not make my same mistake, go to literally any other restaurant."

"I ordered the Beef Fried Noodles & the Signature Classic Pork Soup Dumplings. The Beef Fried Noodles were a huge mass of mostly bland, rather dry, gummy and greasy noodles, with not a lot of veggies or meat included. Very much not worth the $20 it cost. It was not unlike grocery store Chinese food. Only (slightly) better having been cooked fresh. The dumplings were constructed well. They had a decent flavor, albeit very plain. Mostly sweet and a little salty. But, not much character to them. Other than being made by hand, not really worth $11 for 7 of them. I've actually had more flavorful frozen ones. They may not have been freshly made, but I've had better. Nothing stood out. A little seasoning or veggies with the pork would have helped. And be warned, you have to eat them carefully. They are packed with juice. I didn't know, and the first one burst all over my clothes. Got one packet of soy sauce, no hot mustard, no fortune cookie. No happiness. First time and last time ordering from Steam and Soul."

SH is not open on Sunday so they may have been using whatever they had left. But ripping off the customer is not they way to save money.

The flavor is amazing, great combinations of seasonings and spices. The entree portions are large enough to easily make 2 meals out of, or have a filling meal at reasonable prices.
We are particularly crazy about the Spicy Basil Fried Rice ข้าวผัดกระเพราคลุก 🌶️ , but the Mango Curry แกงเผ็ดมะม่วง 🌶️ was excellent as well (even though I was initially apprehensive about it). I'd wager anything you order here will hit the spot.
