It has a surprising blend of what I believe to be cinnamon and msg on very crunchy bits of dark meat, don't knock em till ya try em. The dumpling are enormous and the broth is VERY savory and refreshing with a beef stew reminiscent palate. Noodles were notably not greasy and full of delicious Asian flavors.
