The food looked much better in the online photos than what we actually received. Our burgers lacked flavor—the meat didn't seem to be seasoned much at all. We also noticed there wasn't a freshness seal or sticker on the to-go bags, which made us question whether everything had been handled properly. Drinks were not included in the kids meal. Hopefully this was just an off day, and we'd be willing to give them another try by dining in since the experience might be better in the restaurant."

"Chicken Fried Steak meal with mashed potatoes and fried okra: 8/10
The chicken fried steak itself was cooked perfectly, not chewy at all! The gravy was thick and well seasoned. It was smaller than most chicken fried steaks and also more expensive (at least on DoorDash) than other comparable door dash CFS.
The mashed potatoes have an odd look, texture and taste. Of course it's all personal preference I just wasn't a fan. They were gritty, and tasted freezer burnt (that's the only way I can describe it, I'm sure they weren't actually freezer burnt).
The okra was okay, it was more of an okra rock since everything was battered together and stuck during cooking, made for a soggy and inconsistent fry."
