"I love the consistency of the quality and care that the workers put into the food. Their containers are awesome, reusable, they always give utensils, and it's always bagged beautifully.
As far as the food, perfect, the broth is separated from the noodles and toppings, so the noodles don't get soggy, the soup is still very hot, nearly tongue burning hot.
the sides are fresh, spam katsu crunchy, gyoza is still hot, the fried rice is cute.

I was really impressed with how well all the food was packed. The noodles and broth are in the same bowl but the noodles are separated by a clear plastic layer. The noodles were a perfect texture and my broth was still pretty hot. Tantan broth is my favorite!
The mini pork fried rice was really good. I like to put gyoza sauce on it and asked for a side of gyoza sauce in the special requests section and the restaurant included it with my order!
The fish katsu is nice and thin and the fish is white and flaky. Comes with a side of katsu sauce. Yum!"
