The problem is when you DoorDash a drink, you can't return the cup of ice with a dash of coffee. They also don't have an option for light ice in the DoorDash app like they do in the main Starbucks app if you go into the store or their drive-thru.
Corporate needs to do better for their customers, especially since it's over eight dollars for a cup of ice.
